(The entrant can participate in more than one award category if qualifies as per eligibility criteria and meets the definition of concerned award category)

  1. Supermarket Chain- National (A retail chain with a single brand name with 4 or more outlets operating outlets in two or more geographical regions of India (N / E / W / S) with primary offering in Food / Grocery / FMCG with average store size less than 20,000 square feet)
  2. Supermarket Chain- Regional (A retail chain with a single brand name with 4 or more outlets operating outlets confined to one of the geographical regions of India (N / E / W / S) with primary offering in Food / Grocery / FMCG with average store size less than 20,000 square feet)
  3. Convenience Store (Grocery Stores with Quick Bite Counters) Including Stores in Non-Conventional Shopping Places like Fuel Stations, Railway Station, Airports, Etc
  4. Independent F&G Retailer (A retailer with primary offering in Food / Grocery / FMCG and having up to 3 stores)
  5. Speciality Store (With Depth & Width In Single Product Assortment for eg. Organic product, Health & Wellness Supplement etc)- North / East/ South / West
  6. Gourmet Retailer – North / East/ South / West
  7. Unique Concept Store/Format (A retailer with primary offering in Food / Grocery / FMCG in a Unique Concept or Format – for eg Doorstep Delivery, saff-less / paper-less/ cash-less/ drive-through/ green/ kiosks in non conventional locations)
